She has developed spa menus and trained aestheticians from world-class spas such as La Costa Resort, Miraval, The Ritz Carlton, The Phoenician and many others. Kile worked with the Italian inventors of microdermabrasion to develop the protocol that is used today in medical offices everywhere. She literally “wrote the book” on medical microdermabrasion and her clinical manual has been translated into six languages and distributed worldwide. She provided her expertise, as a clinical trainer, to over 1,000 physicians nationwide on such technology as cosmetic lasers, medical cellulite treatments, collagen injections and laser collagen remodeling for wrinkle reduction.
